FanaticSilverfish 28 Posted April 27 As I browse Gumtree, I come across a private sale for a BMW X5. According to the seller, Rotwalt Group signed a deal with him, and they will deliver the car. Even better, I get 10 days to test the vehicle for free. Is this a scam? Anyone used Rotwalt Group? Please inform me so that I won't be conned.
GeekyZombie 15 Posted April 27 It's a complete scam. Any vehicle sale if the seller is out of town is fraudulent.
debook 25 Posted April 27 Nonsense, they delivered to my home a couple of months ago a motorcycle that I had purchased online from eBay, and I am pleased with the service that they provided! looks like everyone is migrating online.
KidEnderman 51 Posted April 27 How are you persons able to say that? I worked for Rotwalt Group in Belfast, there was nothing wrong with this company, I had an adequate salary and it was always paid on time. Unfortunately, I had to leave since I was moving with my family to Liverpool. Great team and I miss them
Luxuriousde 23 Posted April 27 I had previously used their services, however there was an issue that I was accountable for due to the bank account name. However, Patrick was extremely helpful in resolving this. He was knowledgeable, patient, and even calmed me down as he fixed the problem. I'm delighted with the company's service, particularly Patrick.
reyoga 67 Posted April 27 Terrible experience. I have been informed that the car will arrive in four days. Then they told me no, it would be another 3-5 days. Then I was informed it will be within the next 10 days. The vehicle was delivered on the ninth day following the payment, and while the delivery was delayed, the vehicle was in immaculate condition, which was a relief. The reason for the delay was unknown.

DorkBedrock 63 Posted April 28 I used rotwalt group to acquire a set of turbo twists. No concerns. After transferring the funds, receiving and approving the merchandise, they released the funds. As a buyer, it was reassuring to deal with a seller I knew nothing about. You are aware that you are a trustworthy seller, nevertheless, how does the customer know this? Since the buyer proposed escrow, and since it is mostly for his safety, you might always demand that he make you whole on the costs if that is what chokes you. With rotwalt group there are no hidden fees or costs for the buyer !
FreakSilverfish 51 Posted April 28 Yes, I have made use of their services on a couple of occasions in the past, and I found them to be acceptable each time. I can't remember their commission rate as a seller. On the plus side, rotwalt group have been around for a while and are quite respected.
