It's becoming tiresome to hear people claim that a project is the next Ethereum killer; how much longer can this go on? So far, there haven't been any ETH murderers, proving that Ethereum isn't a project that any new coin or token can just take over; it's never been easy.

There are competitors such as Binance Coin, Tron, Algorand, Solana, and many others; individuals can say what they want, but these altcoins often have a blockchain that competes with the Ethereum blockchain, which is normal because life is full of competition. People like what has already existed and find it harder to make the ones that come later to be the main ones they use. Ethereum is the first of them. However, Ethereum must improve in order to fight with altcoins that may one day come to contend for second place; it may appear impossible, but it is very possible.

However, this does not imply that they will dethrone ETH; rather, they may serve as a viable alternative for prospective projects due to ETH's expensive fees. As much as I want to believe this because SOLANA is a nice project, I still believe that ETH will remain in first place because it will most likely expand as well, and I am hopeful that the forthcoming changes will be more beneficial to the ETH network. Those projects that claimed to be ETH killers in the past are still down; they can't easily kill ETH.

You can talk to people who always say it, especially when it comes to their shillings. I assumed the shillers always said something similar to entice folks to join their new environment.
Don't worry about them. They are compensated for promoting. That's exactly what Shiller did to a previous project.

These types of people exist in the market, and they have repeatedly labeled fresh projects as "ethereum killers" and continue to promote nonsense. People have been swayed by their own FUD. Remember how several projects, including ETH, are expected to surpass BTC? The fact that it hasn't happened and isn't likely to happen. Similar to how many new projects have claimed to be able to overtake ETH, this is merely a claim that has yet to be fulfilled. This is the most crucial lesson someone can learn. You will be disappointed with the results if you continue to invest in things in the top 20 in the hopes that one day they will have a larger marketcap than ETH, and that is what you base your calculations on before investing. There will never be an ETH killer because ETH is ETH and anything that comes close to it will never be the same.

Concentrate on identifying items that would be good on their own; ETH isn't required. Personally, I prefer a few coins and tokens that I do not feel will be worth more than ETH, but even if they aren't, they will be good enough.
